Having over 30 years of sales experience in Business Insurance but also in its teaching, we, the CoFounders of Insurance Academy, Laoura Stavridou and Alexandros Andritsakis, started the ambitious plan of compiling a digital needs analysis for company's.
On the way to its construction, however, we deviated from our original course and decided to build a digital computering model, an algorithm, for the company's exposure to risk, which can be covered by insurance.
The main reason for our deviation was the experience we had from the insurance market, which showed us that the managers of a business usually do not know what business insurance can offer them and insurance intermediaries in general do not know except for the specifics of the target company, whether it is a large industry or a hotel business, etc.
The study of "Insurance Risks" is essentially the study of a "What If Scenario" that assesses the impact that will have an unexpected event (natural-human error-malicious act) in the course of the business.
