Mandator, Mandatarius & IDD

The IDD - Insurance Distribution Directive , is the directive for the mandatory transition of insurance consultants and their coordinators, to insurance agents and agent coordinators respectively. Thus, the "project contracts" (681 CC) that the insurers and their coordinators had, are automatically converted into "mandate contracts" (713 CC), with the mandator (Mandator) the insurance company and the agent (Mandatarius) the agents and the coordinators of agents.

The Black Swan Phenomenon
